Heather & Hem operates as a supplier of natural wool garments and accessories. All content, patterns, and brand materials shown here remain the exclusive property of Heather & Hem.

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately once posted on this page. We encourage you to review this document periodically.

Our Wool & Knitwear Products

We take pride in our natural wool materials and traditional stitching techniques. Due to the organic nature of our yarn, slight variations in color, texture, and weight may occur. These are not defects but a hallmark of authentic craftsmanship.

  • Sizing: Knitwear naturally conforms to the wearer over time. Please consult our sizing guides before completing your order.
  • Garment Care: Natural wool requires specific care. Shrinkage or damage resulting from improper washing (such as machine washing at high temperatures) is not covered by our return policy.
  • Availability: All items are subject to stock availability. If a specific yarn or garment is out of stock, we will notify you promptly with alternative options or refund processing.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed accurately at the time of publication. We reserve the right to adjust prices for our collections based on material costs without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the price is secured for that transaction.

Payment is required in full before dispatch. We use secure third-party payment gateways, meaning we never store your credit card information on our servers.

Section 4

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your knitwear. If an item does not fit or meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of receipt. The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags attached.

Custom-made or bespoke wool pieces cannot be returned unless faulty. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an error was made on our part during fulfillment.
